The local race is slated to take place on Saturday, April 9th.<\/p>\n The local Potomac Valley Track Club is organizing the annual event once again at Arlington’s Bluemont Park. Make sure you register in advance ($10+) since on-site registration will not be available the day of the event. Come by before the 7:50 a.m. start time to grab your race packet, including your bib, and then find your spot at the starting line. The 5K run\/walk kicks off at that time, followed by the 10K race at 8 a.m. The path is flat and paved, so it’s a great option for relatively new runners or walkers.
